For a few years now DJ Tiesto has been making a name for himself that is perpetrating dance floors across the world. The generation of progressive house music started fading away in the past few years as more and more artists switched to trance with unimaginative beats and no vocals, but Tiesto brings back those strong vocals that gave the distinguishing touch to progressive house. We can only hope that dj's like him are causing a new trend to bring back those special audio treats.

Dutch superstar DJ Tiesto sums up his Olympic experience in a single-disc artist mix album entitled "Parade of the Athletes." Tiesto was the official DJ of the opening ceremony in Athens and this new album reflects his experience in Greece. His current reign as world's number one DJ was extended to its third term and the music flowing from Tiesto has set the standard for the trance world. This album features twelve tracks, nine of which have never been heard on any other album.

This has to be the Vandals' musical masturpiece! It's is ridiculous, yet true, with more obsecnity and insanity than Christmas itself. Songs like Thanx for nothing and A gun for christmas are excellent parodies; and Hanging myself from the tree and Christmas time for my... are strangely emotional ballads while maintaining a high level of humor. The whole thing ends with a beautifully orchestrated instrumental medley that shows just how hard the band worked on this one. If you must own one Vandals album... or one Christmas album, let this be the one.

worldwide sales-base of nearly 15 million, making them one of the top 10 selling
rock bands of the ’90s.
